Project Description

Wildlife Center of Texas

The Wildlife Center of Texas cares for all native Texas wildlife. It is Houston’s only trauma and wildlife rehabilitation center that treats all injured, sick or orphaned native Texas wildlife species. The Wildlife Center of Texas has NEVER turned away an injured, sick or orphaned native Texas wild animal that needs help.

You can become involved with this important endeavor by helping feed animals and clean cages. The Wildlife Center of Texas also needs volunteers for help in the office. You must be 16 years of age or older to volunteer and spend at least six hours during a six month period volunteering here.

To volunteer email volunteer@wildlifecenteroftexas.org or call 713-861-9453.
